1. Overall design scheme of SUNTHAI bearing tooling management system

1.1 functional requirements of the system

2.2 electronic signature function

when the paper tooling list is used, relevant personnel are required to sign and take charge of it when it is drafted, checked, reviewed and approved. When the paper tooling list is entered into the computer, similar steps and signature functions are required, that is, the realization of electronic signature function. There are two main ways to realize this function: one is through the background stored procedure, which needs to use the database login password as the password, which is easy to leak and requires complex data exchange; Second, it is realized by the foreground development tools, which is easy to use and easy to maintain

this system adopts the second method, that is, it is uniformly developed by the front desk. First, a password table is established to store passwords, names and name codes; Secondly, the relevant personnel shall input their own name, and then the computer will automatically generate the name code at random. After the name code is memorized, the personal password will be input, and the password will take effect only after the computer confirms that it is consistent. After the computer automatically encrypts it, it will be stored in the password table. When in use, the relevant personnel shall input their own password and name code, and then the computer will retrieve the real name and fill it in the corresponding position of the title bar. At the same time, the date will be automatically filled in according to the date of the system. People with duplicate names can be distinguished according to different name codes, but in practical application, people with the same name must be distinguished, otherwise people can not distinguish who signed after the computer automatically signed. Here, the use of name codes plays three main roles: first, there is an additional layer of password settings, which increases the confidentiality. However, it is not easy to remember because it is generated randomly, so only 4 digits are taken in actual application; The second is to prevent possible misjudgment in the application program when different people use the same password; Third, using numbers instead of names can save the trouble of inputting Chinese characters

In order to prevent confusion in the management of the list caused by multiple modifications, each modification must be made by filling in the change notice, and the list preparer shall modify the list. In addition, the modified parts list and the parts list before modification are saved. Therefore, version management functions of new and old parts lists are required, that is, each modification will generate a new version and an old version. Multiple modifications to the same parts list will generate many versions, and the original parts list will be retained. The new version is managed by setting the version number in the corresponding data item in the data table to indicate which version this version is. The larger the version number, the newer it is; The management of the old version is mainly through the establishment of a historical database, which transfers the data in the old version to the historical database for storage, and provides retrieval and query functions. If you do not establish a history database, you can distinguish the old and new data by version number. However, with the extension of service life, the amount of data will increase significantly, the workload of query will also increase significantly, and the mixing of old and new data is not conducive to management

2.6 implementation of retrieval type tooling list

4. Conclusion
